Return + Refund Policy

14 Day Return Policy

The day you receive your item/items you have 14 days to request a return. The item/items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required to be eligible for return. Request after 14 days will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

Items not considered for return are balloons, digital goods, sale items, and personal care items (party hats, hair clips, straws, lip gloss, etc.). ALL SEASONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. This includes holiday items such as New Years, Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day, Easter, Cinco De Mayo, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To begin the return request please send inquiry to customerservice@mutedmoments.com. If the return is accepted, we'll send you next steps to complete the return process. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. If return is approved you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your returned item/items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned items and a trackable shipping service is recommended.  

Refunds

We will notify you once the item/items for return are received and inspected to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow proper time for your bank or credit company to process that refund. In situations where the item/items are returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reasons not due to our error will be considered for partial refund. 

There are some situations where only partial refunds are issued such as any item not in its original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item received is the wrong item, defective, or damaged, so we can review to make it right. Please keep in my mind colors may vary based on different screens/views. For balloons we will be happy to confirm balloon colors ordered were the ones sent. Please see our FAQs page for additional information on balloons. 

Exchanges

Items that are damaged or defective will be replaced with the same item. We carefully select and package each purchase. To inquire about an exchange please reach out to customerservice@mutedmoments.com. Please include pictures and proof of purchase.
